Отличное пребывание не может дождаться возвращения
От регистрации до регистрации я не мог ни в чем виноват. Персонал отеля был чрезвычайно полезен и не мог сделать достаточно, включая ранний и поздний выезд - в/в.
В номере было все, что вам было нужно. Хотелось бы остаться подольше.
Действительно было блестящее пребывание и настоятельно рекомендуем любому.
Еще раз спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля.

Ужасный опыт
Мой номер был на верхнем этаже с балконом, выходящим на заднюю часть отеля. Из окна открывается вид на башню с церковными часами, которая стучит в уши каждые 15 минут. Если вы хотите проснуть несколько часов, как я, это было невозможно, особенно когда в воскресенье звонят колокольчики для службы.
Комната маленькая и усталая. Всего две ночи, и гель для душа и рук закончились после первой ночи. Не все светильники работали. Рядом с кроватью нет розеток. Один боковой стол, а для другой стороны мы использовали стул. Я слышал гостей в соседней комнате через смежную дверь. Это было ужасное пребывание.
Комната маленькая и усталая. Всего две ночи, и гель для душа и рук закончились после первой ночи. Не все светильники работали. Рядом с кроватью нет розеток. Один боковой стол, а для другой стороны мы использовали стул. Я слышал гостей в соседней комнате через смежную дверь. Это было ужасное пребывание.

We completely understand how disruptive the church bells must have been, especially during the night, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, even though we can't do anything about the ringing of the bells.

We also regret that the condition of the room didn’t meet your expectations, especially in terms of amenities like the shower, hand gel, and light fixtures. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will investigate these issues to ensure they are addressed.
The lack of sockets by the bed and the issues with the interconnecting door are also concerning, and we’ll work on improving both the comfort and functionality of our rooms. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us understand where we need to make improvements.

Заявлен как четырехзвездочный отель, но не соответствует этому стандарту. Моя комната была чистой и разумного размера. Туалет немного с небольшой стороны. Арматура в комнате была немного старомодной. Нет кондиционера, только вентилятор Дайсона. На оживленной дороге с ограниченной парковкой сзади. Никакого заднего доступа, поэтому пришлось идти к входу в отель с нашими чемоданами. Рядом есть пара ресторанов вместе с очень хорошей пекарней, которая делала закуски и завтрак. Трамвайная остановка рядом
В нашей трехнедельной поездке мы были в 12 отелях. Это было самое дорогое и далеко не лучшее.

However, we’re sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the bathroom size and the room’s fittings.
Regarding the lack of air-conditioning, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do offer Dyson fans as a cooling alternative, but we understand that this may not be sufficient in warmer weather. We’ll certainly consider your feedback when reviewing our room amenities.

Прекрасный отель с полезным персоналом
Очень хороший отель в прекрасном районе. Легко добраться из аэропорта, 30 минут на трамвае номер 10 прямо из-за аэропорта.
Область прекрасна с супермаркетом, пабом и пекарней все в пределах 2 минут ходьбы от отеля.
Персонал отеля все были очень хорошими и полезными.
Был хороший балкон в номере с хорошим вентилятором и большой кроватью.
Подушки довольно тонкие, а ванная комната довольно компактная, но в порядке для нескольких ночей при посещении Цюриха.
Отель находится всего в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра города примерно в 5 минутах на трамвае No10.
Область прекрасна с супермаркетом, пабом и пекарней все в пределах 2 минут ходьбы от отеля.

И на мой взгляд, отель-бутик должен быть более интересным... ничего выразительного , номер-комнатушечка маленькая! Коридоры, словно бункер.... но чисто и тепло! Мы много ездим... и есть с чем сравнить... за цену этого же номера в Словении и других странах можно снять просторный стандарт в редиссон...
