Was a great holiday the locals are very caring .

Wow wow wow.Bonita
I'm a single lady travelling alone.
I felt very safe at Colombo hotel and in this small family friendly haven.
People live here local people running business with families....beautiful walks to the rocks in local bit...saw people feeding cats in rocked area
Hence why no strays on beach area
Hotel Spotless clean
Cool air conditioning.......pool are nice and a life guard on duty.
Someone always at reception.
Cleaning staff very lovely and helpful ....so I can't wait go back
And even stay in touch with a girl that works there x

Very bad wouldn't advise any British person to use it

Not a great hotel for British people food catered for French and German they advertise daily entertainment but there isn't any at all was given a dark poky room with a little window no balcony facing a building site when ask to change was told would have to pay extra as thats what i booked as if I would pay over £2000 and pick a room with a little window there is no option on their site as what choice of room you want only single twin double it also says rooms cleaning every day that means they washed the floors and gave you clean towels but only changed your sheets once in the whole week and my daughters sheet had blood stains on it I could tell you a lot more. The only good thing is the sun and beach .

Disappointing

The air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot in the room. I went down to the front desk twice during the night and, on both occasions, there were guests there complaining about the same problem. According to what we were told, the air conditioning was not working correctly in any of the rooms. Furthermore, the noise was extremely loud and constant in the rooms on the sixth and seventh floors, to the point of making it practically impossible to sleep. A totally unacceptable situation for a hotel.

The height of comfort

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, everything was impeccable. The service was incredible, all the employees were extremely kind. A special thanks to Noelia, always so kind.
The food surprised us for the better; we ate very well at both breakfast and dinner! Compliments to the chef!
The rooms need a bit of an update because they are a bit old, but they are still comfortable, cool, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Every morning the room was cleaned from top to bottom and towels and sheets were changed. Top-notch, truly! Thanks for everything.

Holidays

Very familiar hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel cleanliness and excellent rooms. Great location, right in front of the beach. Small pool and few loungers, in which only a salvador swimmer removes the towels from "mark" them. The rest let people leave the towels to mark the loungers . Good breakfast and lunch, with little variety, but what is there is very well made. Snacks with very little variety, maybe the hotel's weakest spot. Anyway, everything is excellent. Make the most of your holidays!
