Super Service!

Service by the staff is highly courteous. At front office, Irtiqua and Priyanka exhibited high professionalism. Requesting for a mini gym else it's a good property with clean rooms and quite nearby airport.
I would have rated 5 but just that if they can have a bar and gym.

Jade the Spades

This is a new hotel in prime location of Ranchi. Easy access to all important locations especially airport. Quality of service is and tasty foods make this place more attractive. All these facilities comes in a reasonable price. Over al a good package for a family or business purposes.

One of the most convenience places to stay in with a perfect balance of modern design, great rooms and excellent staff.

This is my second time staying at The Jade Square hotel. I as here last July and my stay for 3 days was a very pleasant one. The staff are very courteous, the rooms are nice and spacious and the location of the hotel is a major advantage. It is conveniently located between Ranchi’s railway station and Airport. So either designation is within close proximity. The decor is very modern contemporary and will please the mass crowd. Being relatively new, it is very well maintained and the property is very well taken care of. The in room dining is excellent, the food at the broadway restaurant is really good too. A special mention to the kebab platter which is available at such a good price and is superb taste wise. I was so thrilled with my first stay that I have returned to stay here for 5 days this August. I would highly recommend you give this hotel a try. I am unsure of what previous experiences have been shared but I for one have had a very present stay and will probably keep visiting the hotel anytime I am in Ranchi.

Jade Square - Business Trip in July’23

It was a pleasant stay with good food. Loved the breakfast, great spread. Really like the restaurant decor, quite fancy. Location wise , very close to the airport, hardly 3km. Now this is a little away from the main city centre. Stayed in an Executive room which was quite big and spacious. Only issue was with the room lock, it wasn’t functioning most of the time, however it had the traditional lock system from the inside so it’s wasn’t much of a problem. Hope they get these corrected. All good otherwise.

Enjoyed my stay

I stayed a night in this hotel earlier this week . I was very apprehensive about the quality of stay after I read the negative reviews. However , I was pleasantly surprised . The hotel is conveniently located near the airport , beautifully maintained . The staff was helpful , the room was spacious and amenities were good and I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast . The staff went out of their way to ensure service was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel .
