Recommended

Very good location, 2 minutes from the lake and only minutes from the fish bistro, you should visit it at least once. Moderate prices during the week. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. I was in this hotel from the 10th to the 14th. The ladies at the reception were very nice and fulfilled all my special requests. Thank you for that.

For us, no hotel to recommend !!!

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone ! The breakfast was impossible for us and we stayed on the 2nd. Day the breakfast paid , but of course neither drank , nor ate ! In this hotel you have to cook your own coffee at a vending machine ! The rooms all have carpeting , which unfortunately does not look so well maintained . It's a hotel where you don't feel comfortable.

Nice hotel, service and breakfast catastrophic

Rooms OK (make sure they are not in the basement), hotel partially renovated, small sauna new and nice, staff untrained and not particularly communicative, breakfast buffet unfortunately a disaster, sometimes unappetizing, refills only after speaking to someone or not at all. All in all a beautiful hotel on the outside, unfortunately the service is disappointing.
Price-performance ratio not good.

I will not recommend the hotel

The hotel management is very unfriendly. The room was not cleaned during the week, or was cleaned poorly. The room was very small, there was no place to put the suitcase. Much too expensive for this ambience. The breakfast was good, but there was no personal word to the guests.

Decent choice

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is located in a residential area of Bad Wiessee, with views of the lake. There is a smallish garden for relaxation in good weather.
Our superior room was a very good size, with balcony on 2 sides, but no lake views. It was well furnished in traditional Bavarian style. The shower room was small but adequate. Cleanliness was excellent.
Breakfast was adequate but staff struggled at times to meet the demands of a full hotel.
Parking can be difficult when the hotel is full. Spaces are limited and the alternative public car park opposite charges from 8am!
Although travelling in high season, I felt that prices were high but this probably reflects the fact that Tegernsee is pricy.
