Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately, the level of service we encountered was disappointing. The owner/manager appeared disinterested and did not greet us or acknowledge guests with a simple “good morning” or “hello.” Furthermore, the motel’s policy of servicing rooms only once a week was unexpected and inconvenient. We had to approach the cleaning staff and request basic services, such as emptying the rubbish and changing our towels, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Given the premium rates charged for room rentals, we expected daily room servicing or at least a more accommodating approach to guest needs. The lack of attention to these services, combined with the unfriendly atmosphere, detracted from our overall experience.
I hope the management considers enhancing the guest experience to reflect the rates being charged, as it would make a significant difference to future visitors.

A great place to stay. Great value for money. Very clean and modern. Highly recommended.
The check in process at the hotel was very easy.
A very new and modern motel with well appointed rooms in a quiet location.
The bed was very comfortable and the linen lovely. The towels were high quality.
Great value for money. We will certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation just on the fringe of the northern suburbs.

Surprise package in Whittlesea
A roomy space with spotless bathroom. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. All very easy to book online. WiFi was good and included a fridge, microwave, kettle and a few plates, glasses and cutlery. Large towels and toiletries provided. We would definitely stay again.

Took a risk….
No ability to make a cup of coffee, no refrigerator in room.
Noisy as on the main road with pub downstairs.
Clean.
I won’t return
